Werker simulation

The aim of the worker simulation is to display the worker routes and the worker utilization in the Worker Gantt. To do this, the workers must first be selected in the filter set.

Filter Set

Open the Filter Set and click on the equal sign. All workers will be selected automatically. You can find more information about the filter set here.

Now the workers are displayed in the 3D view. If this is not the case, please make sure that the function "Show workers" is activated.

Worker Gantt

If the Worker Gantt is now opened, the worker processes for the individual workers are displayed here. It is possible to see whether the workers can complete the processes within the takt time or whether they are overloaded. In the Worker Gantt it is possible to move the processes of the workers by drag & drop and thus to adjust the worker utilization. Animation Control

If the worker paths are to be displayed in the 3D view, a product must now be selected in the Animation Control. Once the product has been selected, the worker paths are now visible in the 3D view. You can find more information about the Animation Control here.
