The transports calculated by ipolog can be exported in the same way as the order list. The first step is to open the sum module Transport simulation.
There you will find the button "Export tours".
After the button export tours has been clicked, a dialog box appears.
This dialog is used to specify the export location and name.
The transport list is exported in .xlsx format.
The following information can be found in the exported file:
In the transport list there is a distinction between route transports and direct means of transport. The differentiation is made using two different spreadsheets in the export file.
The following entries are displayed for route transports:
- Route Name
- Tugger type
- Tour name
- Trailer type
- Total weight
If option 2 is selected in trailer planning, the loaded weight is output here for each stopping point approached
Calculation: trailer weight + ∑(number of parts in one container * weight of a part in one container + weight of box (loading carrier/ loading unit)) - Number of trailers (for Option 1 in trailer planning)
- Utilization of trailers % (for Option 1 in trailer planning)
- Trailer Area (for Option 2 in trailer planning)
- Max. trailer utilization (for Option 2 in trailer planning)
- Activity
- Assignements
- SP from
- SP after
- Time from
- Time to
- Duration
- LOG-ID
- Module
- Part grouping
The part grouping is only displayed if the part under consideration is assigned to a part grouping. Otherwise the character "-" is entered. - Part number
- part name
- Transport unit
The transport unit can be either LT (load carrier) or LE (load unit). This depends on what is entered as the input container in the respective stages of the standard supply chain. - LT/LE
The actual transport container is entered in this column. - Reorder quantitiy
The following entries are displayed for direct means of transport:
- Means of Transport
- Activity
- Assignements
- SP from
- SP after
- Time from
- Time to
- Duration
- LOG-ID
- Part grouping
The part grouping is only displayed if the part under consideration is assigned to a part grouping. Otherwise the character "-" is entered. - Part number
- Part family name
- Transport unit
The transport unit can be either LT (load carrier) or LE (load unit). This depends on what is entered as the input container in the respective stages of the standard supply chain. - LT/LE
The actual transport container is entered in this column. - Replacement amount
Configuration
- Resource calculation method
- Simulation tolerance [min]
- Transport calculation strategy
- Pathfinding strategy
- Allow transfer times in breaks
- Trailer capacity calculation type
