Export decision tree

Created decision trees can be exported from ipolog 4 MaterialFlow:

This creates a jsn file which the user can save in order to import the exported decision tree back into ipolog 4 MaterialFlow.

When exporting, the filter criteria are exported instead of the concrete values assigned. Below is an example for explanation:

When you export this decision tree, the following criteria are exported:

1. Property Assembly rate - Values less than 20
2. Property Assembly rate- values from 20 to 50
3. Property Assembly rate- Values greater than 50
