In the cost evaluation of ipolog 4 Material Flow the investment costs for logistics equipment and means of transport on the one hand and the ongoing costs for workers on the other hand can be viewed.
Investement Costs
The investment costs per resource are calculated as a maximum and average investment volume. The basis for this calculation is the upfront cost of the individual resources, as well as the maximum and average number of resources per day.
Adding investment costs manually
Investment costs can also be added to the software itself. They are then included in the calculation of the total investment costs.
Costs for investments can be added manually via "New" (see 1). For manually added costs a name, the maximum and average number of added resources per day and the investment costs per unit have to be defined (see 2). A description can be added optionally (see 3).
Ongoing Costs
The operating costs currently show the ongoing costs for the individual worker types. The hourly costs of the worker types defined in the resources as well as the results of the submodul manpower serve as input data for the calculation.
Information on the exact calculation of investment and ongoing costs can be found here.
