Worker analysis tool Reporting user interface

Select the module "Reporting" from the module bar:

The Reporting-tool opens.

1. On the left column of the tool, the name and station of a worker is listed.

2. Each line represents a product in the model mix to which the corresponding worker is assigned. The bars show how busy the worker is - the sum of the two bars shows the total utilization (%) of the worker.

The blue bar indicates the utilization of productive activities only, the green bar indicates the utilization of non-productive activities (e.g. material routes).

3. A capacity utilization of 100% is the planning optimum. Because the 100% line is marked in red, you can see at a glance whether a worker can get additional work or whether the workload is too high at over 100%.
