Worker analysis tool Reporting user interface

Choose Reporting from the upper menu.

1. on the left you can see the name of the worker and the station where he is working.

2. each work line consists of a blue and a green bar. The sum of the two bars indicates the total workload of the worker. All further bars below indicate the capacity utilization of the workers in the individual models. All utilization rates are given in percent. The blue bar indicates the utilization of productive activities only, the green bar indicates the utilization of unproductive activities (e.g. material routes). The respective percentage values and the process routes are also displayed.

3. An optimal capacity utilization of 100% is the planning optimum. Because the 100% line is marked in red, you can see at a glance whether a worker can get additional work or whether the workload is too high at over 100%. Then the bar reaches over the 100% line.

If a worker is selected, his work line is marked in the reporting window.
