For various reasons, in some cases, you may experience problems opening the Workspace or Material Flow software. Performing the following steps can solve this problem. 1:
1. the folder with the installation file should be placed in the root directory of the system hard disk.
2. check virus protection/firewall. The execution of the .exe file must not be prevented by antivirus/firewall.
Update graphics card drivers. If the drivers of the installed graphics card are not up to date, problems may occur when opening the .exe file.
4. double-click on the .exe is not executed. Open the installation directory of Workspace or Material Flow in the Explorer, type the command "cmd" in the address bar and confirm with Enter. The Windows Console opens. Then enter the following command and confirm with Enter:
- For Workspace: ipolog_4_WS.exe --console
- For Material Flow: ipolog_4_MF.exe --console
