ipolog 4 Workspace: Missing racks in the catalog

Problem

After importing racks into ipolog 4 Workspace, only the defined shelves are displayed in the catalog, but not the 3D geometry or the different views of the racks. However, if a rack is activated, the correct geometry is displayed.

The cause of this problem can be found in the .dgn file, which served as the base for the import into ipolog 4 Workspace:

Instead of meters [m] and millimeters [mm], millimeters [mm] and micrometers [μm] were used.
As a result, the thumbnail and the 3D representation of the shelf are displayed incorrectly.

Solution

The problem can be solved by changing the unit in the .dgn file.
In MicroStation, the settings can be found under Settings --> Drawing file:

Then reattach the model to the .cel file and import the file into ipolog 4 Workspace again.
