New features in ipolog 4 Workspace
-
The window bar of ipolog 4 Workspace now also displays the name of the server you are on.
-
In the Worker Gantt the active product can be selected directly. This is done by double-clicking on the line of the work process. If no active product is selected, the Conveyor Editor now displays "no product" instead of an empty selection option.
-
In the Screenshot View there are now even higher resolution screenshots. There are the buttons 8x, 16x, 32x available.
-
In Labs we have adjusted the walk mode so that the movement can be controlled as follows:
-
left mouse button: walk in the plane
-
middle mouse button: change head height
-
right mouse button: move head
-
Mouse wheel: run faster back and forth
-
Problems solved:
-
The selected Tool Points in the Tag List Editor are now displayed correctly again. In addition, the display of the number of tags and tools is no longer incorrect.
-
There is no longer a crash when many fast clicks are made in the Material Zone Editor in succession.
-
Also the crash when moving multiple box groups is now solved.
-
After exporting assembly processes in a scenario where dummy material has been created, there is also no crash anymore.
However, after a re-import of assembly processes the dummy materials are currently lost. -
Clicking on "Check for new Revisions" no longer causes a crash in Production Flow View.
-
In the Material Provisioning Editor, the dummy material is no longer duplicated after reopening a scenario.
-
In addition, there is no crash anymore when the v3 process export is started and dummy material is defined in the scenario. Please note that after re-importing from the v3 process file, any dummy material created will be lost at the current time. We are already trying to find a solution here.
-
Also, the message "need an active revision, please load a project scenrio" no longer appears when the assembly processes (v3 process) are exported.
-
Clicking on the "View From" buttons in the 3D view displays larger objects in full again.
-
After importing assembly processes, there is no longer a crash if filters are activated in the filter set.
-
The name of surfaces is now also rotated when the surface is rotated.
-
The AVO Order column is again taken into account when planning processes.
-
Also "view from top again" is available after "view from left".
-
The registration in ipolog for expired sessions has been adjusted again.
-
After the import of the assembly processes, the 3D geometries are now also displayed completely again in certain marginal cases.
-
In the Conveyor Editor the vectors are no longer set incorrectly when selecting a motion template.
-
If a scenario is created and the name is confirmed with Enter, it can now be opened again immediately after creation.
-
For very long scenario names there is no longer a crash when exporting the material difference report. If several scenarios were created one after the other, the message appeared that the name already exists although it was not assigned. We have now solved this problem.
-
Facilities can be renamed again in the Facilities view.
-
If an ipo file is imported into ipolog 4 Workspace via the cloud, there is no longer any loss of product geometry.
Known problems
-
If the option "View Top" is selected in the 3D view, it is no longer possible to zooming in the 3D scene. A restart of the module is recommended.
-
If the "Move Material with AVOs" option is active in Worker Gantt, this has no effect on the placement of the containers. Also, AVOs cannot be moved into another product, regardless of the setting in Worker Gantt.
-
In the Animation Control only one product can be selected if it has been activated in the FilterSet before. Also the workers are only visible if they have been activated in the Filter Set.
-
Initial situation: A shelf is placed on the Outside Corner Area. If the shelves in the Outside Corner Area are no longer allowed, it will not be removed. If an attempt is made to place the shelf on the Outside Corner Area again, this is not possible. The containers are placed without the shelf.
-
There are currently update problems in the Colorizer.
-
The model mix is currently not calculated in the reporting.
-
If other scenarios are referenced, the containers are not displayed correctly in the Material Zone Editor and the dimensions of the material surfaces can be changed.
-
If the assembly processes are exported via the Projects Admin view, there are differences to the originally imported file, especially if there are differences between moving and
-
Newly created surfaces using the Layout Editor are not always displayed directly in the 3D view.
-
Please do not use the "Expert Mode" in the Projects Admin view. Using this view may cause undesired behavior in the scenario.
-
The function "Move activities to other products" is currently not available.
-
There is a crash when switching between scenarios with active filter.
-
When saving a copy or a new shelf or container the 3D geometry is currently lost.
-
Containers and shelves can be moved despite fixation. In addition the fixation is lost after a restart.
-
In the Material Zone Editor, shelves and containers can cause collisions on the material surface and the Outside Corner.
-
If there are Outside Corner Areas at the referenced conveyor sections, they are not shown in the 3D view and the bins are placed there.
