Missing racks in the catalog

After importing racks into ipolog 4 Workspace, only the defined rack levels are displayed in the catalog, but not the 3D geometry or the different views of the racks.
If the editing of shelves is activated, the correct geometry can be seen.

The cause of this problem can be found in the import file. The setting in the dgn file that served as the basis for the import in ipolog 4 WS.

The shelf created in the dgn file was then added to a cel file, which should normally not cause any problems. The actual error occurs when importing into ipolog 4 WS.

The reason for this is to be found in the units of the drawing file of the dgn format:
Instead of meters [m] and millimeters [mm], millimeters [mm] and micrometers [μm] can be found here. This causes the correct display of the thumbnails and the 3D representation of the shelf to fail.

The problem can be solved by changing the unit in the dgn file.
In MicroStation, the settings can be found under Settings --> Drawing File:

The units shown in the screenshot can be selected here.

Then the model has to be attached again in the .cel file and the resource has to be imported into ipolog 4 WS.
